Arrival/Departure :

Your stay is from Saturday to Saturday,
arriving between 4 PM and 8 PM,
departing before 10 AM

Parking :

After unloading your suitcases, please leave your car in the Estate’s car park.  
The Estate is situated on open land and the car park does not have a security guard. 
Car owners therefore have full responsibility for their vehicle.

Swimming Pool :

There is no lifeguard so those who use the pool do so under their own responsibility. 
The Estate does not take responsibility for any accidents that may occur. 
Parents are therefore asked to watch over their children at all times.  Please note, however, that the pool is in an enclosed area and the gate locked with a key.

Security :
Even if the rural nature of the Estate lends itself to all types of activities, care must nevertheless be taken with regard to young children or those with reduced mobility. 
The Gaille Estate does not take responsibility for any accidents that may occur on the property. 

Fires and barbeques are strictly forbidden in Provence, given the risks involved during the summer season.  For the same reason it is forbidden to smoke in the forest.

Insurance :
Each resident must have his own comprehensive insurance.

Smoking :
The Estate and all its apartments are non smoking, out of respect for the guests and also in accordance with French law.

Animals :
Domestic animals are authorized, as long as they do not interfere with the calm and tranquility of the Estate.
Owners are responsible for the cleanliness of their animals on the totality of the Estate. 
Animals are not allowed in the vicinity of the swimming pool.
